Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 13, 2025
Last Updated: November 13, 2025

Welcome to the Dryft Typhoon Tino Rebuild Campaign. By making a donation, purchasing an accommodation voucher, or buying merchandise through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Campaign Overview & Purpose

1.1 Dual Campaign Mission

This fundraising campaign supports two interconnected recovery efforts following Typhoon Tino:

1.2 Transparency Commitment

We maintain a public financial ledger updated weekly showing all donations received and expenses incurred. All financial records are subject to community oversight and are available for review upon request.

2. Donations

2.1 Donation Types

We accept three types of donations:

2.2 Tax Deductibility

Important: Dryft Camp operates as a for-profit business. Donations made to this campaign are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions. This is a community-driven relief effort, not a registered nonprofit organization. Consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.

2.3 Non-Refundable Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable once processed through our payment gateway (Xendit). Donations are considered completed gifts intended to support disaster recovery efforts.

2.4 Minimum Donation Amount

The minimum donation amount is ₱100 PHP (approximately $2 USD or €2 EUR). This minimum helps offset payment processing fees while making contributions accessible.

2.5 Fund Allocation & Discretion

While we honor your designated allocation preferences (family relief vs. Dryft rebuild), Dryft Camp reserves the right to reallocate funds between the two campaigns in emergency situations or if one campaign's needs are fully met. Any such reallocation will be publicly disclosed in our transparency ledger.

3. Accommodation Vouchers

3.1 Voucher Purchases & Fund Allocation

Accommodation vouchers are advance purchases of future stays at Dryft Camp at special rebuild pricing. By purchasing a voucher, you are:

Voucher Fund Allocation: Each voucher purchase is split as follows:

We're reopening soon with a small dedicated team working to serve guests while rebuilding their own lives. Your voucher purchase helps us repair essential infrastructure AND supports our staff who lost everything. You'll stay at a camp in recovery, served by people in recovery. Your visit is part of our comeback.

3.2 Voucher Types & Pricing

We offer accommodation vouchers for various room types at Dryft Camp. Current pricing and available room types are displayed on the campaign page and are subject to change based on reconstruction progress and availability. All voucher prices are shown in PHP (Philippine Peso) with conversion available to USD and EUR.

Room types typically include eco-lodging options such as glamping tents, pods, huts, and other unique accommodations. Specific pricing is determined at the time of purchase and displayed on the campaign page.

3.3 Voucher Validity & Redemption

3.3a What's Included

Each accommodation voucher includes:

3.4 Voucher Transferability

Vouchers are fully transferable. You may gift, sell, or transfer your voucher to another person. The voucher holder at the time of redemption is considered the valid owner. We recommend secure transfer methods and keeping records of any transfers.

3.5 Voucher Refund Policy

3.6 Changes to Accommodation

We reserve the right to make modifications to accommodation types during reconstruction. If your specific accommodation type is no longer available, we will offer:

3.7 Booking Terms

4. Merchandise

4.1 Merchandise Sales

We offer branded merchandise through our partnership with Printify. 100% of profits from merchandise sales (after production costs) support the rebuild campaign.

4.2 Pricing & Markup

Merchandise is priced at 2.5x the Printify production cost. This markup represents our fundraising margin, with 100% of profits directed to disaster relief efforts.
